i loved how close the new england air museum was, just a little over 3 km away. Northwest park is less than 3 km, perfect for a peaceful walk or picnic after a busy day of exploring, and my room was safe and quiet, allowing me to recharge for more adventures.

The room was clean and fresh, and meals at the restaurant were delicious. The service pleased. The location was very convenient with easy access to attractions near the airport.

Yet, the breakfast was disappointing and the tight bathroom space made it uncomfortable. Staff seemed overwhelmed at times, leading to delayed attention at the front desk.

However, the hallway carpets had a strong smell and looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in ages. I noticed some cleanliness issues in my daughter's room, with dirty towels upon arrival. During check-in, I saw a gentleman get a bottle of water and a cookie while I didn’t receive one, and later I was charged for a bottle of water. The $40 incidental hold was an unexpected surprise. Overall, this place has strong potential but needs attention in cleanliness and staff consistency.
